    Fourth check in! :)

    SW: 149.2 lbs (when I started MFP again about a month ago)
    CW: 147.7 lbs
    GW: 142 lbs

    Weigh in Dates:
    10/1 - 147.7 lbs
    10/8 - 146.2 lbs (lost 1.5 lbs)
    10/15 - 145.3 lbs (lost 0.9 lbs)
    10/22 - 145.5 lbs (gained 0.2 lbs) - Gained, but its okay. Hurt my back and went on a binge this weekend, so lots of water weight. See what happens next week. :)
    10/28 - 143.9 (lost 1.6 lbs)

    1.2 lbs to lose in 3 days!!!! Eeep! Somehow I don't think that is happening!

    I'm going to try to lose 5 but I have doubts....this worked great for me over several months but as I'm in my "home stretch" my loss has slowed down and I wonder if I'm able to lose 5 lbs in a month but I will try! :)

    So, today is 31st, last day of the month, and last weigh in... and also: Happy Halloween!

    SW: 79.4 kg
    CW: 72.7 kg
    GW: 70 kg (nice round number eh?)

    10/2: 72.7kg
    10/8 : still at 72.7kg! darn. grumble
    10/14: 71.8kg... fairly happy with that!
    10/21: 70.8kg
    10/28: 70.2kg - so close!! happy
    10/31: I stayed at 70.2kg...

    Total loss this month: 2.5kg!

    I was slightly disappointed when I stepped on the scales this morning as I really wanted to be under 70kg, but in the end, 2.5kg lost in one month is pretty good and I'm happy with that!

    I hope to lose my last 3lbs this month. Then on to maintenance.

    I pretty much hit my goal. I may try to lose to another pound or 2 at some point so that 120 is the high point in my fluctuations, not the low. I have been with this thread since I started in February, it's been fun and kept me accountable.
