Total loss this month: 2.5kg!
I was slightly disappointed when I stepped on the scales this morning as I really wanted to be under 70kg, but in the end, 2.5kg lost in one month is pretty good and I'm happy with that!

I pretty much hit my goal. I may try to lose to another pound or 2 at some point so that 120 is the high point in my fluctuations, not the low. I have been with this thread since I started in February, it's been fun and kept me accountable.0 -

I've found it best to just stay away from all baked goods cause they set me off no matter how healthy the treat might be.
