OKAY...I'm in...I've seen a couple of these posts on MFP and always wanted to join.
Goals for November - 60 miles -
will consist of biking, hiking, swimming, elliptical, running
It's a lofty goal, although, I do believe it is attainable!0 -

I'm in again this month. October was my first month participating and I missed my goal by 2.7 miles. So I'm going to stick with my goal of 75 miles. I'm going to make it this month!! Happy @ss moving!0

Okay count me in! I would like to reach 75 miles on the treadmill for the month of November - logged 2.25 today.0

I would love to participate... I think 45 miles cycling and running. I just did my first 5k and I am doing 3 races between now and The Princess Half in Feb at Disney World I love positive influence here Good luck everyone.0

I am going to try for 50 this month.0

First time I have done this challenge, I do kick boxing and starting NRFL so I am going to be conservative I will say 100 miles of what ever it is I am doing....walk, bike, elliptical, stepper.

I've been wanting to try one of these. Since this is my first challenge, and it's been raining here a lot lately, and getting dark so early, I'll go a little conservative.

The only thing a lot of us do on this challenge is make a ticker using tickerfactory.com
