    Most frequent foods

    Fruit
    1. Strawberries (have had 15 kg of them in the past year alone)

    Desserts/treats
    2. Dark chocolate fondue (twice almost every weak)
    3. Banana bread - have had at least 81 slices of it in the past year!!

    Spreads/bread
    4. Honey (I get cravings for it and pretty much drink it when it's around)
    5. Peanut butter (have had 1.6 kg of it in the past year by myself, the larger part of that in the last 6 months. my BF and I were going through a jar every week…)
    6. Bread - 231.5 slices in the past year (about 0.6 per day…)


    Sauces/condiments
    7. BBQ sauce - prefer it to tomato sauce and have it on vegetables
    8. Mayonnaise/aioli - I like in on everything savoury :3

    Protein
    9. Roast chicken - generally cheapest/most convenient option, pre-cooked or no

    Vegetables
    10. Carrots - use them as a "filler" food and snack on them sometimes. too bad I'm not a rabbit LOL
    11. Cauliflower - I enjoy it when baked
    12. Cabbage - use them in omelettes and noodles
    13. Various types of lettuce, my favourite being cos lettuce

    Drinks
    1. Hot chocolate
    2. Full cream milk (that's what my BF has and I don't see the point of getting different milk for me)
    3. Tea
    4. Diet cola
    5. Chocolate frappes
    6. Cocoa - almost 1 kg of the stuff lasted me a couple of months

    You probably do eat way more protein sources than that, that's why they don't show up on the top ten list. They're diluted. But you put the same condiments on them - so mayo shows up on the list. Cutting back won't take them off the list, unless you cut them out of some meals, entirely. It's not a bad thing.

    I'm actually surprised that the greek yogurt I eat daily isn't in there - but, I guess it is always a different flavour, so, it won't have the consistency/frequency of these. Same goes with my meat and veggies - they vary too much.

    Items 1-5 are my breakfast every morning....Then I have one or the other Yogurt every morning.
    I typically have a smoothie (protein powder, milk and fruit) every afternoon but alternate between (chocolate and banana) and (Vanilla and berries). The last week has been a chocolate week.

    I also try to have a "salad" of Spinach, Cherry tomatoes, shredded carrot (sometimes cucumber) most days.
