3rd: 7.48 : - Purposeful walking - to fabulous café that sells the most heavenly scones!! Walked along the Promenade and the Irish sea was wild, wonderful and trying to get me with every step!!

@JTH - But if you run next year who'll provide the 'Power Up' services???
@taxmom - every time I tell my friend that I "took my husband out for a walk" she tells me I'm cruel and really should get a dog. LOL And I just love that you "can still be a bit of a distraction"

@Lovemyalex - your mileage is always inspiring.
@kakiem - so many of us are in the same boat - chores and family at the weekend - but essentially - we're moving - and that's what matters.

@speedy - so pleased that your beginning to run again - trouble is re-building the stamina!!
