    my husband and i rode bikes all around sanibel this weekend....i'm currently sitting at 27.95/135 miles complete

    I'm going to join in too! I will make a ticker and update it tonight. I am going to aim for 75 miles in November.
  • 2 miles of C25K done today, almost didn't do it when I woke up with inflamed SI Joints. I love the motivation I receive from MFP!

    Finally out of the starting gate on day 4 - three 12 hour night shifts in a row (plus the extra hour) don't make me want to walk/run/move anywhere except up the stairs to bed. But this challenge does make me feel a little guilty - which is a good thing.

    Anyway, 4 miles for day 4.

    @ Dave - I did notice you updating the spread sheet but I didn't see you log miles. Are you doing OK?
    Thanks for checking on me. I'm okay...surprisingly, I wasn't even all that sore the next day or two. I ran again on the treadmill at the gym last night and was fine.

    I've just been a little quiet because ....well... I found out yesterday afternoon that my garage had been broken into overnight and a bunch of stuff had been stolen....my bicycle along with a bunch of other big stuff. Just really, really bummed. And highly pissed.

    I appreciate the interaction you and several others are doing. It makes the challenge so much better and more supportive.
