I like it with about 6 drops of vanilla stevia for ~1/3 cup. I also like adding some frozen berries, microwaved for ~30 seconds, as well as stevia. So yummy!0

Everything I do has been listed many times but I saw this only listed once but it bears repeating:
Sometimes I just get 2% or whole... oh, my gosh! SO, SO good. (I don't like whole milk, it's disgusting. I can tolerate 2% but I prefer, 1% 1/2% or non-fat. But whole or low-fat yogurt (especially Greek) is divine.) I don't say this for any nutritional reason, it's PURELY taste, which is a reason I added the thing about the milk.
If all else fails try different brands. They don't all taste the same and their textures are different. Just remember to check the ingredients, not all are just milk and/or cream with live and active cultures. So, that too can make a difference.0 -
I put a 1/4 cup of hersheys syrup in mine. Now on to more important things....Why cant I lose weight?0

My new fav way of having it, is to add 1/4 tsp sugar, sprinkle cinnamon, and blueberries to the yogurt, it's delicious0

I make a turkey burger stroganoff - fry up turkey burger, add sliced onions, other stuff like mushrooms and bell peppers if wanted, drain fat, add fat free yogurt instead of sour cream, add a 1/4 tsp of nutmeg. Serve over quinoa. I also add frozen chopped spinach to green it up sometimes.
I like to add sugar free jam preserves to flavor my yogurt, may add low sugar granola or Kashi Go Lean also.0 -
What I like to do is mash up a ripe banana and then mix it into the yogurt.. That way you have a natural, low calorie and nutritious flavored yogurt!
However if I'm out of bananas, I slice up an apple and dip apples into the yogurt.
Berries and muesli are also great!0 -
Or you could just try another brand...May'be you'll evenually find one that you like as it is, without any additions.
I like greek yogurt with cornflakes and a bit of honey!0 -
I have it every morning in a smoothie - usually 5 almonds, 1 small banana, 1 red apple, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 3/4 cup non-fat greek yogurt and some cinnamon. My favorite breakfast!
Also have found it to be really good mixed with a pinch of salt, pinch of pepper and some curry powder on a whole wheat wrap with just about anything - my favorite being with turkey breast, iceburg lettuce and sliced pear.
Just a couple of ideas for how to use it!0 -
I add apple slices and cinnamon for a dessert.0

HI EVERYONE, JUST HEARD DR OZ SAY THAT YOU SHOULD EAT 2% GREEK YOGURT, BECAUSE YOUR BODY DOESN'T RECOGNIZE 0 % FAT YOGURT, THEREFOR IT TURNS IT IN TO SUGAR! PLEASE LET EVERYONE KNOW! THIS MAKES TOTAL SENSE TO ME0

the only way I have even come close to making greek yogurt taste okay is cooking with it and that was only to use up the stuff I bought. Totally yucky! ugggg...0

I used to add stevia but now I have grown accustomed to the taste and actually enjoy it. Or i buy the 2 percent fat taste is a bit better than the zero. Also use it as a fruit dip for my apples and banannas.0

I know to use it instead of sour cream and I like it topped with granola, but how eles do you use it?
If you don't like it, use sour cream instead. Just keep it in your calories. Why are you torturing yourself?0 -
I cook some frozen berries in the microwave, add some honey to the berries and then swirl the mixture in the yoghurt0
-
Ok this is going to sound weird, but I use 1/2 a Crystal Light packet in mine and mix it up. Usually a fruit flavored one or the lemonade flavor. Totally changes the taste.0
