Cherub - If you go to Tickerfactory.com and create a ticker. There are several options. Click on the exercise option and follow the directions. On the last step there is a box that has a URL address. It's the bbCode box. Highlight the contents of the box, copy it and then paste it to your post on this page.0 -

Biked 10 miles before weight lifting (lower body).
I wanted to make sure that I would be sore tomorrow morning. :smokin:
We'll see if 10 miles before weight lifting was enough. I also increase the numbers
of lunges & all of my weights.
There's nothing like being sore the day following a workout! :bigsmile:
