    First times doing this challenge but my goal is to run 100 miles this month and try to figure out how to get the exercise ticker! Wish me luck.

    Cherub - If you go to Tickerfactory.com and create a ticker. There are several options. Click on the exercise option and follow the directions. On the last step there is a box that has a URL address. It's the bbCode box. Highlight the contents of the box, copy it and then paste it to your post on this page.

    Biked 10 miles before weight lifting (lower body).
    I wanted to make sure that I would be sore tomorrow morning. :smokin:
    We'll see if 10 miles before weight lifting was enough. I also increase the numbers
    of lunges & all of my weights.

    There's nothing like being sore the day following a workout! :bigsmile:

    15.3 miles walked. its harder for me to track now because i joined a gym on the 1st and now i use the treadmill a lot and not my runkeeper :(
