rramirez1272 i know, sometimes its hard. But for exemple you can do some exercise when you are doing your foods, like power walk, lift the legs to right and left, front to back. Do some abdominal when you watch tv on sofa! Just be creative on that! And you will achieve the 30min per day!0 -
