    Spent today traveling to visit family and then back home. 4+hours in the car. :sick:

    Only had time for 3 miles.:ohwell: Better than 0. :smile:

    BTW - I participated in my first 5K yesterday. It was the Color Run in Brownsville, Texas. The weather was beautiful. Walked the whole way at a brisk 4 mph, finished feeling great. So fun, I hope to participate in more of them in the future.

    Can I please change my aim to 75km. Quite a bit of Achilles soreness, and the doc told me to stay off it for 2 weeks. :-(
