Can I please change my aim to 75km. Quite a bit of Achilles soreness, and the doc told me to stay off it for 2 weeks. :-(

@speedy - Anyone who puts an animated gif of "Wayne's world" is my hero :-) :-)! - Plus you get a Gold star yourself
You all made mistakes before ending up here. But it doesn't matter. Because we all learn from them, and we
are here to say, taking this journey with a smile, 1 pound at a time, and we know that our friends are always around
to let us vent when needed. We may fell off the wagon again, but it's ok. We know how to do it right.
    Thanks for the props

I bow to you my friend! Seriously! What a fantastic Success Story!

@DianneP6772 - Thank you for the encouragement!

@TaxMom9093 - Thanks so much for the props -keep on keeping on :-):drinker:

    Good morning, all.
    Thanks for the support, @sufferlandria, @speedy, @Chevy_Smart.

@Chevy_Smart - I read your blog about your first 5K. I totally understand. I have done many diets but this is working. It is my intention to make a life change. This is not a quick fix nor is it temporary.

@speedy - Thanks so much for the HUGE Gold Star!

I just knew after last night's walk that I would be in the green. But NOOOO!!! I am only .36% away... ... Hopefully, I will get there after today.

    Everyone have a great Monday!
