Shaun T- FOCUS T25....success stories??

Once I saw this program late at night on the infomercials, I knew I had to get it. I am so glad that I did. I actually got my cousin who rarely works out but surfs and takes muay thai classes, and I also got my sister who usually works out at the gym to start the program with me. We started this program last month and we're in the second phase, Beta phase. For me, I am absolutely in love with this program. You cannot complain for not having time to work out since it's literally only 25 minutes of hard work and 3 minutes of stretching afterward. I love how Shaun gets to the point in every video and pushes you to do your best. I've only been doing this video for a month that is the Alpha phase which isn't too bad, but I've definitely noticed a huge difference in my body that even my family has even noticed. If you're looking for a home fitness program, then this is definitely it! You will not regret it. It's fun, different, challenging, and fast.0

I am on week 4 of T25 and not really seeing any results. No weight loss and barely a half inch off of my chest.
Granted I did two rounds of Insanity before I started T25 so I'm thinking maybe this intensity just isn't as high as Insanity so my body won't react as much.
I'm still going to push it through and do Beta and Gamma and hope to see better results.0 -
I just finished my 1st week of T25 Alpha. I love all of the workouts and love that they are only 25 minutes. I've never worked out for a week straight before especially with this high impact of a program, I'm hoping I see a big change.0

I did over half the Insanity until I got bored. I will say the T25 is harder than Insanity!0

I'm starting T25 Monday. I'm hoping this is a good challenge for maintaining and building some strength. I did P90X for over a year and saw amazing results, but I'm bored and need to do something else.0

I'm at the end of my 2nd week of alpha. I'm so out of shape lol0

I just finished the first week of T25. whew! It's very hard but I love it! I keep telling myself, you can do 25 min!
I'm trying not to be discouraged because I'm actually heavier on the scale than when I started....... I'm hoping this is because my muscles are retaining fluid as they heal from the stress of the workout.......0 -

They are 2 different programs, but in terms of intensity Insanity beats T25 because workouts are longer and for 2 months it's go go go. I did both, started with Insanity and T25 Alpha wasn't challenging - it focuses on form, but it's a much needed phase because gave me the results I was looking for, went down 1.5 size. T25 Beta is more like Insanity. And then there's Gamma which is all pretty much about weights.0 -

You should probably consider P90X30 -
I am 6'3" and weigh 255. Male/34. I have struggled with weight all of my life. I have had ups and downs with big weight loss and gain. I started t25 last week. I really like it and I plan on sticking to it given the 25 minute time line. The first week I gained 8 lbs. I ate about the same, actually better than before. I cut back on soda (eventually trying to cut it out.) and drank a lot more water. I feel tighter already after a week, but am not seeing results yet. I understand it is a process. I am not really looking for the answer that is going to lose 30 lbs right away. Really, the question is should I do anything along with t25? I was running a lot, but not working hard it seemed. I just need to know in my situation, is t25 going to be enough? Time is not on my side with three kids, but I am willing to consider something that is going to get me on the right track. Thanks0

I'm about to start Beta, and I'm finally seeing the definition I didn't quite get with Insanity (which I completed before starting this) I have cleaned up my eating though which probably has a lot to do with it. I love it :-)0

Hello I was just wondering if someone could help me out and send me via email T25 workout weekly diet plan I do have the dvd's but I don't have the diet plan I've been trying to loose weight for a few weeks now and I can't loose a thing so maybe if I can workout and follow the diet exactly like the book said I could loose weight. I am planning to start the diet and workout on Monday.Thanks0

My profile pic is my before and after of t25. I lost a total of about 14 lbs, not sure measurements because I didn't do them. I am debating on doing a second round of it, such a great workout!0

I have given up on Beachbody. It's ridiculously overpriced and the coaches always wanted me to buy the expensive shakes. There are a ton of great free workouts online. I personally like Fitness Blender. Check it out!
I did T25 for a week.. hated it.0 -
WoW!,
It's great to see so many people are trying T25.
I started last week, and must say, i feel more strengt in my arms and abs.
Anyone finished Beta and started Gamma...?0 -

Your profile pic before and after is awesome --- I am still trying to figure out if I want to purchase it. Not sure if it's going to be too insane because I am just starting to work out ans m not fit at all. Did you follow their meal plan, too?0 -

Thanks! I was a couch potato and only did Jillian Michaels for a couple week before doing t25, just follow the modifier and you'd be fine! I didn't follow the meal plan, I only watched my calories and tried to keep the not so healthy foods in smaller portions0 -

Today i finished the friday of week 2, lower body and abs,,
started before work at 05:15 am...damn, it was killing.
i'm not following the dietplan for now, so i hope to see results tommorow at staturday...
When there are results after the 10 weeks, maybe i will start again with the dietplan.
But for now...i love the workouts, but they are killing...0 -
I start week 3 tomorrow. The first week I gained 8 pounds. Everyone says muscle and water weight. The second week I lost the 8 pounds I gained. My eating habits have improved, but are nowhere near perfect. So I am hovering around the same weight I started. I feel better and look leaner, but I thought with my size I would lose some weight quickly with as hard as I am working and as much as I am sweating. ( 34 years old ...6 foot 3 inches....253 lbs.)
I am planning on regulating the diet better than I have been. My question: Should I be doing more along with t25? running, weights, etc?
Also, is it ok to do cardio on the rest day or is the rest important? I have being doing cardio on sundays just because the daily routine seems to help me stick with it.0 -
Im starting week 4 tomorrow and so far I haven't lost any weight but I did lose a pant size so to me that is awesome, I love this workout!!!0
-
I started week 4 this morning.
So far a GAINES 8 pounds, and lost about an inch. I like the program, but don't see any real change yet. Maybe with the after picture after 5 weeks i will...
For now, i'm looking forward to start with the beta cycle.0 -

This. I just started today and I have only recently got into exercise at the beginning of the month and I found it okay. The time flies by I believe. It's a manageable program and you have a modifier if needed.0 -
started the program today, it was intense... hope to lose a whole lot of weight0
-
