Honestly it wasn't about the spelling, I can deal with spelling, your thoughts seemed all over the place and I wasn't really sure what you were saying...and now I am laughing hysterically because I realized that I typed "computer" instead of "compute"0 -

You should always squat.
and dead lift.0 -
Try 2 or 3 sets of 8-10 reps. If its too easy then increase the weight but make sure your form is good as an injury will stop you exercising for a long time0
