Just for today: I will focus on JUST FOR TODAY.
I've had 2 days of not so good days, eaten over my calories, not done my workouts, just "out of it". Tomorrow I have a 5K coming up. Today I need to bake a cake & prepare all my things for the cold front & for the race tomorrow but I need to concentrate on me & getting my mind back in the game & completing my 30-day challenges later.

The concept of Just for Today is a great one that helped me stop smoking 'for a while' and 18 years later I've been smoke free one day at a time. Not a bad idea at all to incorporate it into a healthy lifestyle plan.
