Mine aren't that bad, though obviously I eat my "default" salad a lot because the first five things are all the ingredients of my salads lol. The granola bars and popped chips are my "go to" daily treats so that makes sense too considering I have them almost every day >_<

Water - It's just about all I drink well, except for tea and protein shakes.
Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oatmeal or 5 Grain Hot Cereal (4 - 5 times per week)
Fruit - I love all kinds! I eat a banana and a McIntosh apple just about every morning.
Lettuce - I like a spring mix I buy at my farmer's market that consist of a lot of goodness such as romaine, baby spinach, arugula, swiss chard etc.
Turkey Breast slices from the deli.
Boneless, skinless chicken breast.
Vanilla Whey Isolate - I make drinks, non-baked cookies and add it to my hot oatmeal.
Butter - mmmm!!!!
Provolone cheese - I add it to sandwiches, eggs etc.
Pudding - Either homemade or store bought as a dessert.
