Nice! Can do most of the workout stuff at work for a bonus. Maybe less guilt too.
I'm slacking and having schedule issues and it's really bothering me. It's not like the "oh I just don't want to" slacking... it's the "I just worked 8 hours, was up 12 more following and got 4 hours before work again today" sort.0 -

Good job! I woke up early, did some yoga and took a walk during my lunch. I've already lost 2.4 lbs this month (I just started though, so it is probably water weight.) But I think I'll be on track for my goal of 2.5 more lbs by Xmas!0

Update fro me! I've not managed to log for a few days as I have been crazy busy. But am hanging in here. Lost 1.8lbs - less than I was hoping for December 7th... But still some time to go.0
