    Damnit does Dec 1st not count?? I'm totally counting it. Okay just did pilates, and didn't break a sweat but it counts right? I was squeezing my abs and glutes the whole time so hopefully so. I'm getting obsessed, someone please calm me down.

    Week 1: goal is 210 mins

    12/1: 55 mins (ab ripper x + p90x for legs/back)
    12/2: 39 mins (6 min warm up + 27 min pilates + 6 min cool down)

    1 Dec=1 hour yoga
    2 Dec= 1 hour yoga+25 minutes all out walking
    3 Dec= stationary funk so far, but this challenge is what I've apparently been waiting for.
    Am in for about an hour's movin' every day this month. Thanks folks!
