Who eats 1500cals a day

Hi. I would like to get/see some examples of people eating 1500 calls a day. No fast food or chips or candy in the mix though. Thx.

I will state that I consume around 5000ish cals twice a week to refeed. I am also a male with substantially more LBM so unsure how much of that will be applicable to you.0 -
I eat 1700 a day...but I eat chips and candy, and drink soda, and eat entire jars of sliced pickles in one sitting.0

My diary is open- but I was 'off' the program for a bit due to illness. Either go back more than 2 weeks or see yesterday/today for example.
Although, there is beer…and a piece of candy…

i eat 1600 calories and my diary is open. most of my food is homecooked so not a lot of fast food0

I eat around 1500. I do allow myself to have "unhealthy" things (like candy) in moderation though. Open food diary, feel free to check it out.0

I eat 1400-1600 depending on my workout. No fast food, ever. And the only candy is an occasional mint. :-)0

I'm at 1700..probably netting around 1500 after exercise. But I've got pie and sweets in mine and I'm planning on KFC this week.:laugh:0

I didn't log yesterday evening so I'm not sure. Running the numbers in my head I think I might have had about 1500 calories... of beer and whisky.0

Pretty close, by trying to eat low carb and low sugar. Usually no desserts but today I had a kashi dark chocolate and coconut granola bar w 7g of sugar.0

My goal is 1573 net calories, but I do enjoy reasonable amounts of candy and other treats, plus I had pizza for dinner (gasp!) so probably not what you're looking for.0

I am at 1500 plus exercise but I almost always have chocolate everyday. I try to eat more home cooked meals and not much fast food but I am not perfect. Hope you find some people that fit your goals.0

There's no candy or fast food in mine and my calories are around 1,500 most of the time! Of course I eat LCHF and usually only twice a day so my meals are high calorie -- not what most dieters are looking for. But my diary is open.0

No fast food EVER and only an occasional mint? You've been on here way over a year and your ticker says you have lost zero lbs.. I suggest you consider more candy and fast food so that ticker gets moving0
