      wow can't wait to show my husband this pic he is about 300 lbs right now so now I can show him what he could look like he thinks there is no hope for him, and he is very uncomfortable going to the gym. I am the fattest person in my gym at least when I go but I tell him you have to start somewhere. You look great awesome work

      Thank you. My work keeps me very occupied these days, so I haven't had time to even put much thought into a second video. The gist is quite simple - caloric deficit and staying active. It didn't get anymore complex then that until I was pretty lean.
