One doesn't have to be obese to enjoy yummy food. They just have to eat less of it.

I always look at it like this will I feel deprived if I dont get this food, and usually the answer is No I can live without it.0 -
As I get closer to my target weight, and go into a maintenance lifestyle, I will start carefully enjoying a few occasional treats I've avoided this past year. (The occasional In-n-Out burger which I love and haven't had one all year for example. Or the occasional serving of dessert.)
I think a few past indulgences will remain on my NEVER consume list however. Flavored Coffeemate for example, as I've learned to enjoy black coffee (when it is a high quality brew). Just empty calories, fat, and sugar that have no place in a healthy life style.0 -
You You sweet lil thang mmmmm gurl0

Anything from my mother's kitchen. Good thing she lives in a different state.
I'm planning on eating my fill however the next time I visit (next month) and just working it off when I get back.:happy:0 -
Yummy foods worth being obese for: pizza, cupcakes, chocolate cake with frosting (heck any cake). Foods not worth it: yucky peanut butter, ice cream and anything with mint in it... just yuck!0

Personally, I enjoy the looks on people's faces when I explain why sugar is actually healthy in proper portions.0

My mom's apple dumplings!!! You hit a hard one for me. Unfortunately or fortunately depending on how you look at it my mom is passed away many years and my best efforts at her dumpling have failed.0

:drinker: This holiday season has brought me to bad habits of eating sugary things. Emotions are a big part of this. I just want to keep repeating this question to myself, "What food I want/crave is worth being obese for?" --So when I see fudge, cookies, pie etc. how long am I willing to give into them? How long do I want to remain obese?
you can eat all that good stuff and STILL lose weight.
but as far as your question goes....
the answer is fettuccine alfredo with cheesy garlic bread and fried mozzerella-stuffed rice balls.0 -
Sushi, enough said.0

If I was wealthy enough to know social stigma would never negatively affect me again, and if for some strange reason science advanced enough to allow us to overcome the health problems of obesity without being able to cure obesity itself, I'd be one fat, happy woman and I'd eat whatever I liked, as much as I liked, and laugh at anyone who had anything negative to say about it.
In the real world, though, nothing is worth it.0 -
Chocolate Chip Cookies... they are my weakness.0
-
Barbecue Pringles0

I prefer to eat whatever I want and never become obese.
All that is required is sufficient levels of exercise to match my caloric intake0 -
Yes, you are completely right!0

I like your approach. I just need a baby spoon for somethings. Same amount of bites just smaller amounts.0
