    I gained a pound too. I didn't think I ate that much candy but TOM and no exercise helps. I am starting to feel revived so we'll see how it goes.

    I lost one pound! Challenge this weekend for me is to keep that one pound lost. I have a 4 day weekend coming up and weekends are the hardest for me!

  • The scale is going in the right direction. :)

    I had a great work out yesterday, right at 400 calories at the gym on the stair climber, treadmill, and bike. I did the stairs for 20 minutes once and 15 minutes the other time. HUGE for me because I used to only be able to do them for about 3 minutes before I quit.

    Jessica - You are right, that slight gain is nothing to cry about. You did something right because it would have been more if you had not. Keep up the good work!

    Amanda - That is awesome also!!! The stairclimber are killers for sure so 15 and 20 is excellent! Keep up the good work!!

    I'm a few days late but would love to join the challenge. My goals are to do 600 minutes of exercise and lose 2 pounds. (I lose very slowly sometimes.) I've already got in 192 minutes of exercise. Good luck, everyone!

  • Having been really demotivated after some really hard sessions at the gym for the last two months and not losing ANYTHING, even though my measurements have shrunk a little - I really need to this month!!

    So... it looks like the annoying food diet plan's gonna have to come out. I'd not wanted to 'diet', I'd wanted to keep things 'real' but I really need to lose the pounds.

    My aim for this week is 4lbs and for November is 8 - 10lbs. I know it's a lot, but I feel I need to aim high. I NEED those results!!

    Anyone got any slimming tips though which can help me and bring back some much needed spirit? I need to lose 18lb by Xmas - although I'd settle for 14lbs.

    I need motivation. I'm gutted.

    On track so far, finished week 2 of the 100 push ups and did my exhaustion test. I could do 16 push ups in a row at the beginning, now up to 32. :)

    I'm off to a good start myself. Up to 402 minutes and down 1/2 a pound. Doesn't seem like much I know, but it's good for me!

    Just completed Week 3 Day 1. I scheduled out the rest of the program and I wont quite finish by the end of the month, but I think I should be able to squeeze all 6 weeks into about 5 weeks. I'm set to finish December 6th, so we'll see. :) As for the weight, I'm still doing great with calories/water/sodium and am down 1.8lbs from my starting weight.

    Congrats Stella, Amanda, Angel, Montana, Meliebee, and Gigi!!! Whoohoo!! Keep up the good work peeps!! You all rock!

    For me I have lost 2 pounds this week! My goal for the month of Nov and Dec is to stick my weight losses for the month. No more YO YO jive for me.

    As many of you know my pattern has been to do good 1st 2 weeks on month and blow it the next 2 weeks. This month I am going to break this trend. No more gaining half or like last month all of the weight initially lost.

    Another goal I want share with you guys is I want to see 50 pounds on my MFP ticker by January 1st and non scale goal is to get in this skirt for my convention that weekend. It is a 2 day convention so I want to wear some slim slim slimmy outfits.......:-) I wore one dress last night that fit like a dream on me and everyone noticed too! I felt awesome because I felt smaller too! You know being a big girl all my life even when I lost a lot of weight it took a long time for me to feel smaller and let go of the image of me before. I want to wear the dress again today because I have lunch date with my old boss who has been a huge supporter of mines and a very honest one too. We see each other once a month or so.
