    I'm 6' and I've never had a problem, buuuut I've usually gone out with guys shorter than me. I don't know if it's my personal preference, or I just don't meet guys who are taller than me, but sometimes it's nice because you don't get any of that "You're too tall for me" ego with someone who is the same height or shorter.

    Yes , It is real that smaller guys liked me much more than taller guys.

    You're 19, so I'm guessing you're in college? I'm also 5'8". A lot of college guys still have the high school mentality that men must be significantly taller than women, no exceptions. That notion flies out the window when you graduate and everyone starts to grow up a bit.

    In my experience, the overwhelming majority of women are much bigger sticklers about men's height than most men are about women's height. Because of this, most men automatically go for shorter women, where their odds are better.

    Generally speaking, I prefer a woman with less body fat, a thinner type. I like a fit, feminine type. Tennis player Maria Sharapova is an example of a fit, feminine type. But I'm not all guys.

    Many men will find a taller woman attractive. Think about it-there is a reason most models are around 5'10"-6'1".

    Agreed. Most men I know don't care about height. I'd be open to dating someone who's between 5'0" and 5'11"

    This is exactly what I was going to say. It's the women who typically have a problem with height. Not the men.

    Men have a problem with women's weight; women have a problem with men's height.

    I was thinking this as well. I have heard SO many women say "I would never date a guy who is shorter than me!" Poor guys!!

    I'm tall and I think I have more of an issue dating shorter guys than they have dating me. I would much reather date a tall guy with big strong arms... yummy!!

    I find these women attractive. I think my favorite is the one in the green, but the one in the brown is a close second, and I'm also into the one in the white.

    i like curvy girls i find them sexy even though im not into girls but id rather see a curvy girl in a porno or stuff like that than an anorexic chick...i know some ppl are meant to be extremely skinny but not every one :)

    i think women like that are beautiful not afraid to show skin and look sexy doing it with some curves and hips :)

    Fit is good, but definitely not a requirement. Most men won't discriminate against a woman if she doesn't run daily and do squats 3x a week. Most just want someone who's thin.

    I'm undergraduate but I usually attract smaller guys than me , I don't know why.

    I posted this topic because, I experienced the opposite .
    One of my friends told me that tall girls (like, let's say 5'8 to 6' ) are too tall for guys . Maybe he wanted to make me to feel bad or to be mad.
    I just wanted to see what do you think about this .

    Don't ever be ashamed of being tall or having a woman's body. I was always the tallest girl (and at 5'10 that's kinda sad) and all I ever wanted to be was tiny. I wanted little feet, and I wanted to be wrapped up (literally) in the guy I dated. But genitally that was never in the cards.

    My first adult relationship was with a guy that was 5'9. Because of this I never wore heels. Then one day he asked me why I didn't and I told him that I didn't want to tower over him. He laughed for a second and then said that he LOVED that I was tall and had long legs and that he was proud to show me off. From that moment forward I have never been ashamed of my height or my curves. If a guy is embarrassed than he's not man enough to be with you.
