    My realistic, obtainable goals:
    - Earn a promotion at work.
    - Cut back on my passive aggressive behavior and clearly state what I want.
    - Take at least one lunch break a week (instead of working while I eat at my desk)
    - Save money to move out of my Mom's house and into my own.

    My unrealistic goals:
    - Learn a language
    - Unlearn self doubt and find inner peace
    - Follow a mystic on a journey of self discovery

    great goals!!
I do not think those goals are unrealustic. 1) get an audio cd for language and listenon way to work 2) try mindfulness exercise
I have a book called the success principles..it's really cool.
    well good luck

My goals are more related to nutrition

I really want to eliminate sugary drinks from my diet especially coffee..and then switch it to tea (its the realll struggle right now)
To learn to cook new recipes
To eat every meal a protein and a carb
To limit dairy, breads, pastas, and rice
    Eat as natural as possible
^If I can do the above then thats all I need to lose the weight

    Exercise
    Continue what Im doing
To add pilates and yoga into my routine
    To build strength

goal weight- 125 before May 16 (graduation and beginning of FL trip) or be under 20% bf

I want to lose 20 lbs by July and get in the habits of lifting since I find that's my most effective stress-reliever.

I am going to try to not freak out over the # on the scale.... and for me that's easier said than done.... I would really like to lose 30lbs in 2014. Can I do it? I don't know, but I can start working towards it today.

Go from 188 to 160, firm and tone whole body, increase muscle mass, shrink my darn hips and thighs and make better food decisions.

    1. Run 5k in March ( run, not walk!)
    2. Run 10k in the fall.
    3. Reach my target weight of 145 lbs.
    4. Start lifting

I think you could do it. At first, the weight seems to just fall off-- whether it's water weight or whatever, it's still a number dropping on the scale.

My goals have changed from the number to an ideal: I just want to start working on my body comp. I used to want my anorexic, pre-baby body back. But, now the idea isn't nearly as appealing. I'd rather just be healthy and feel good naked.

I would like to lose 100 lbs by next Christmas. My goals in order to accomplish that are: eating more fruit and veggies, exercising more often (I miss running and would like to get back to that) and running at least one 5K before the end of the year.

On top of that, my personal goals are - getting a house, getting a job in my chosen field and to keep my 4.0 GPA in grad school..

Ultimately to get down to my Navy weight. 210-220 lbs with 13-15% body fat and complete the following without feeling like I'm going to die:

    1). 100 push-ups in 2 minutes
    2). 100 sit-ups in 2 minutes
    3). 2 mile run in 12 minutes
    4). 250 meter swim in 9 minutes

I started my Weightloss journey in august of this year. I weighed in at 450 pounds. I would like to be 270 by my birthday in july of 2014. Which is around 16-18 pounds a month. I work out 6 days a week.

Run a 5k in the fall.
Wear something that is not in the 20's!!

I'm currently 380. So a little over a 100 pounds to go in over 7 months!!
