Hi
Anyone interested in a "three things challenge" in January. Basically you nominate three things you do / do not want to do each day for the month and then you report in (daily if possible) on how you're going and encourage others with their goals.
The three things can be anything, e.g.
- Drink 8 glasses of water
- Get up when alarm goes off
- Go for a 30min run
- Don't drink alcohol
If there's a few takers I will set up a group. So please let me know here or PM me.

I wouldn't mind doing this! Just I don't think I can do the no alcohol thing. My 23rd birthday is January 24th! Other then that I would love this challenge!0

My three things would be:
- Get up when alarm goes off - its winter and this is my worst time to get out of bed
- Drink 8 glasses of water - I find it very difficult to drink water in winter
- Exercise for at least 30-45 daily - same as above,0 -

I would love to be in this group, but not sure how I will go with logging on each day - going on past history.
Maybe it will be a new year and a new organised me??? I can only hope.

Would love to have you in the group. Maybe one of your daily goals could be to log each day? Or just do the best you can - that's the important bit0 -

2.) give up my flavored water dropps COLD TURKEY!!!
3.) Lift heavier than usual...meaning i have some P Rs that i would like to set this month!

However, is there any way that you can rewrite your goals down to daily goals?, otherwise tracking whether you've achieved them on a daily basis could be a challenge
... if you want to stick to these (as they are) that's fine, you'll just have to tell me whether you've achieved each one so I can update the spreadsheet0 -

I'm in
1 - fill in the diary every day.
2 - drink at least 5 glasses of water.
3 - go out at least 4 times a week and walk 30 - 40 mins.
and I'm going to give myself a forth (because I'm bad at this)
4 - do at least one household chore every day, extra to the basic thing I do. (I am not a hoarder, but I'm getting there!!!!!!) :explode:0 -

You and me both!! I grew up with a somewhat hoarder so i tend to keep things and not clean up. like seriously i think all my dishes are dirty right now and my laundry, well its piled up. but that also partly does with the fact my dryer is currently broken. I should make that one too0 -

I've not taken part in a group challenge before, I'd like to give it a go, here are my 3 things:
1, to drink as least 8 glasses of water or herbal teas a day.
2, to do some form of exercise everyday (some days housework will have to count).
3, to complete my food diary every day.0 -

2. No alcohol at all...planning on doing that til at least June.
3. Logging in everyday here and with Fitbit and doing some form of exercise everyday.
I could add more, but 3 is good.
