    I'm in

    1 - fill in the diary every day.

    2 - drink at least 5 glasses of water.

    3 - go out at least 4 times a week and walk 30 - 40 mins.

    and I'm going to give myself a forth (because I'm bad at this)

    4 - do at least one household chore every day, extra to the basic thing I do. (I am not a hoarder, but I'm getting there!!!!!!) :explode:

    You and me both!! I grew up with a somewhat hoarder so i tend to keep things and not clean up. like seriously i think all my dishes are dirty right now and my laundry, well its piled up. but that also partly does with the fact my dryer is currently broken. I should make that one too

    I've not taken part in a group challenge before, I'd like to give it a go, here are my 3 things:

    1, to drink as least 8 glasses of water or herbal teas a day.
    2, to do some form of exercise everyday (some days housework will have to count).
    3, to complete my food diary every day.

    This sounds very motivating. I'm in.

    1. Drink 8-8 oz glasses of water every day and one green smoothie. (I'm dong a 30 day green smoothie challenge)

    2. No alcohol at all...planning on doing that til at least June.

    3. Logging in everyday here and with Fitbit and doing some form of exercise everyday.

    I could add more, but 3 is good.

    My 3 things:

    1. Do every single one of my scheduled runs
    2. Stay under my calorie goal every day
    3. No chocolate (that's gonna be the hard one...)

    If its not too late... I'm in:

    Exercise every day
    No alcohol during the week (can I count this since weekends I'm not restricting?)
    Drink 10-12 glasses of water each day

    1.) chew my food better and thus eating slower
    2.) exercising for about half an hour every day
    3.) quitting smoking somewhere upcoming month (date not set yet)

    Definitely not too late - invite sent.

    With the "recording" I'll just log an "Achieved" for the days you reach your goals, the other days can be left blank or I can put N/A or similar if you're not tracking the thing that day.
