1. Do every single one of my scheduled runs
2. Stay under my calorie goal every day

Exercise every day
No alcohol during the week (can I count this since weekends I'm not restricting?)

With the "recording" I'll just log an "Achieved" for the days you reach your goals, the other days can be left blank or I can put N/A or similar if you're not tracking the thing that day.0 -

2 - go to the gym at least 3 times a week (i rejoined yesterday after a couple of months off!)
3 - to actually log everything I eat!! (I used to be really good at this but I've slacked off recently)

I want in!! December has set me back a bit so I'd like to start the new year off right.
My 3 daily goals for January will be:
1. Log every bit of food I eat every day.
2. Get up early and exercise 6 days a week- this month it will be 30 Day Shred 6 days a week, I started yesterday.
3. Drink more water (8 glasses) and less diet soda- I am totally addicted to Diet Mt. Dew and I would like to just drink one a day but the end of January.

mine will be:

I am in. I am new to this, but have recently joined a 3,650,000 step challenge for 2014 on Fitbit and I would like to do the 3 things challenge as well.
My 3 things:
Don't snack when I can't sleep at night
Exercise 30 minutes on 6 days/week
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
and I'll add the 4th one too, Doing at least 15 minutes of housework daily. It will take me a while to get the house in shape, but it will also keep me more active0 -

My three things are:
1) Have no more than one glass of wine a week.
2) Log in every day.
3) Workout (whether gym or netball) three times a week (Two-absolute minimum - i know it doesnt sound like much but for me that is quite good!).0 -

1) Walk at least four miles a day (Already walk two, to and from work)
2) Drink a little less tea (Currently at 5 pots a day) and more water.
3) And I know it's lame.... I'd like to be able to add one pushup to my daily routine everyday.0
