I want in!! December has set me back a bit so I'd like to start the new year off right.
My 3 daily goals for January will be:
1. Log every bit of food I eat every day.
2. Get up early and exercise 6 days a week- this month it will be 30 Day Shred 6 days a week, I started yesterday.
3. Drink more water (8 glasses) and less diet soda- I am totally addicted to Diet Mt. Dew and I would like to just drink one a day but the end of January.

I am in. I am new to this, but have recently joined a 3,650,000 step challenge for 2014 on Fitbit and I would like to do the 3 things challenge as well.
My 3 things:
Don't snack when I can't sleep at night
Exercise 30 minutes on 6 days/week
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
and I'll add the 4th one too, Doing at least 15 minutes of housework daily. It will take me a while to get the house in shape, but it will also keep me more active

I'd like to join please. I want to work on exercising 2-3x/wk; eating a fruit every day and lowering the amount of processed food I eat. I'm sure my husband would love it if I added do housework/cook every day. Thank you.0

I would love to join! This will be my first challenge as well!
My daily goals will be:
1. Log food daily.
2. Drink 8 glasses of water.
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes 5 times per week.
And I think I'll join you, Aimtolose140, for goal #4!
4 - Do at least one household chore every day, in addition to the basics.
Great to have you join us ... and I'm also tempted to add the "clean house too" goal to mine - might leave that one for Feb after the kids go back to school!

Hi, I would like to join as well if possible.
I would like to drink at least 8 glasses of water- horrible at drinking water
Some form of physical activity at least 3x a week.
Include at least 1 fruit and vegetable in my day- ok with fruits veggies not so much0 -

I'm in please?
My three things are:
1) Have no more than one glass of wine a week.
2) Log in every day.
3) Workout (whether gym or netball) three times a week (Two-absolute minimum - i know it doesnt sound like much but for me that is quite good!).
Totally with you on the working out bit (main reason I started this challenge) - getting motivated to do any exercise can be a real challenge.

My things will be:
1) Walk at least four miles a day (Already walk two, to and from work)
2) Drink a little less tea (Currently at 5 pots a day) and more water.
3) And I know it's lame.... I'd like to be able to add one pushup to my daily routine everyday.

Ok, I thought of my 3!
1) (This one applies to weekdays) Leave work at 5:00. (I stay there way too long to not get anything done!)
2) Exercise at LEAST 3 times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for sure, the other days as a bonus!) for at LEAST 30 minutes.
3) Drink more water: at least 2 bottles a day.
I know that these don't seem big, but they're all things I need to do to keep my sanity and also help with my goals here.0 -
