Workout at least 5 days a week
Drink 8 glasses of water a day minimum
Eat more fruit
Limit salt (I love salt and will skip chocolate for something salty!)

1) Drink 9 cups of water a day
2) Limit sweets to once a week..(because this has been something I do just about everyday & I need to get away from it) Just don't think i can cold turkey..
3) Exercise 5 days a week...0 -

Daily goals starting January
1. Drink 8 glasses of water per day
2. No fast food
3. Exercise for at least 30-45 minutes 5 days a week.
*Bonus goal for me*
Wake up when my alarm goes off during the week.
I am notorious for hitting the snooze button 3 to 4 times in the morning. This just makes me more tired and drag in the am.0 -

My 3 challenges are:
1) Drink 8 glasses of water each day
2) Exercise for at least 15 minutes or more at least 6 days per week
3) Go to bed no later than 11:00 pm each night0 -

My three things would be :
1. Exercise 5 days/ week.
2. Log everyday and stay under 5 days/ week.
