I'm making chicken curry tonight and it's SO GOOD.
2-3 pounds chicken breast or thighs
1 diced onion
16 oz salsa or picante sauce
2 tbs curry
Cook on low 8 hours, add 1 cup sour cream 30 minutes before it's done.
Definitely trying this one-sounds delicious!

pork butt, pineapple juice (from the can of chunks), pineapple chunks, lawrys teriyaki marinade. served over rice.

Lazy Shredded Spicy Chicken:
- 4 chicken breasts
- can of chipotle chili/sauce (chop the chilis, keep the sauce in the can aswell)
- can of diced tomatoes (I get the kind with celery and garlic mixed in, or bell peppers and onions)
- 1-2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 4 cloves diced garlic (because we LOVE garlic in our house)
Dump all ingredients in to the slow cooker, let cook all day and when it's done the chicken falls apart and makes awesome shredded chicken for tacos, fajitas, salads or whatever you like0 -

dash of garlic powder
Throw it in the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or so. I usually serve with long grain and wild rice and a salad or veggie.0 -

Roast beef - any cheap cut will fall into pieces
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup water
Garlic to taste (I use chopped garlic, 2 teaspoons)
Lay 6 strips of raw bacon agross the top of the meat and pour remaining ingredients over the roast.
Cook on low for 8 hours. I put it together before work in the morning and when we get home the house smells like heaven!0 -

Here's one that is easy.

3-4 cloves of garlic, left whole (but peeled)
salt/pepper to taste
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
a bunch of fresh basil, a cup or so
Put the oil and garlic in the bottom of the crock pot. Season the chicken and put it on top of the oil and garlic. Pour the balsamic over the top, and then cover it with the basil.
It takes about 4 hours on high, the chicken will be falling apart and it tastes great with the balsamic and basil.0 -

Agree with the other posters... all the recipes sound yummy!
The crockpot is just so forgiving, you could literally throw just about anything in it, whatever is in your fridge and it turns out yummy!
I do the "taco chicken" things... chicken breasts, diced tomatoes, onlons, etc.. that is yummy!
I have Chicken Verde in there as I type this... chicken breast and a jar of salsa verde and some seaonings. Once it 's done I'll serve with tortillas, regular salsa, greens, diced onions, red fat cheese and sour cream and presto.. dinner! LOL

I did something like this recently, but I used a can of diced tomatoes instead of olive oil, and not even remotely enough garlic.

I AM ALL ABOUT THE CROCKPOT!!! I WOULD CUSS IN CHURCH AND WRITE BAD CHECKS IF I DIDN'T HAVE MY CROCKPOT!!!
EASY ROST BEEF.....one big ole roast...packet of beefy onion soup mix....water
Sprinkle part of the soup mix in the bottom of the crock pot....put the big ole meat on it....water half way up the side of the big ole meat....sprinkle the rest of the soup mix on the big ole meat...LID, LOW, 8 HOURS, GO!
EASY PORK ROAST....one big ole pork butt....packet of mushroom gravy mix...water

I like take a pork tenderloin, cover it with a mixture of brown sugar (or molasses), onions, garlic, red wine, balsamic vinegar, seasoned salt and pepper. cook on low for about 6 - 8 hours. Shred with forks, and serve on big hamburger buns with some brie cheese melted on it. Sooo good.
Wish this had a slightly more specific recipe, this sounds amazing...0
