INTJ ... though it's been 10 years since I took it, I'm pretty sure it's still accurate :)

Same here. I took it years ago, and took it again just a month or so ago. Same results.
  • Ever heard of the DISC profiles? That's a pretty cool test, too.

INFJ here. Always found this portion of a description HIGHLY applicable:

"On the other hand, INFJs operate within themselves on an intuitive basis which is entirely spontaneous. They know things intuitively, without being able to pinpoint why, and without detailed knowledge of the subject at hand. They are usually right, and they usually know it. Consequently, INFJs put a tremendous amount of faith into their instincts and intuitions. This is something of a conflict between the inner and outer worlds, and may result in the INFJ not being as organized as other Judging types tend to be. Or we may see some signs of disarray in an otherwise orderly tendency, such as a consistently messy desk."

My desk - no matter how hard I work to keep it clean - always always ends up a mess.
  • I find the deeper you go into this test u find enneagram test adds to it. I'm a feeler type in tht but it highlights an extravert tendency. "The need for appreciation" u call it the superman complex. Lol

    This is pretty accurate.

    Extravert(44%) iNtuitive(50%) Feeling(50%) Judging(11%)
You have moderate preference of Extraversion over Introversion (44%)
You have moderate preference of Intuition over Sensing (50%)
You have moderate preference of Feeling over Thinking (50%)
You have slight preference of Judging over Perceiving (11%)
  • Share it with ur family and friends! The more u understand it and take time learning others the more u can learn love languages :)

ENTP: the inventor. I know I was only slightly more E than I, so I have tendencies of both.

ETA: I just found a site that describes ENTP's as "Extroverted Intuition, Introverted thinking" That basically hits the nail on the head. I have noticed that I have a tendency to be talking to somebody and break off mid-sentence because I think of something and I'm not willing to share my thoughts until I'm done thinking.

ENTJ / INFJ hybrid here. Seriously, I'm 50/50 extrovert/introvert on every test. And when I'm being an extrovert, I'm thinking/judging, whereas I'm more feeling/judging as an introvert. I'm totally intuititive though, regardless of whether I'm being introverted or extraverted. No sensing in me, except on rare occasionas. I'm like a freaking detective, 24/7/365.

And now I just took it again and got ENFJ with a slight preference of feeling over thinking and a moderate preference of extraversion over introversion. Of course, still in line with the above. Go figure.

72 questions? <exacerbated sigh> Is there a type that doesn't feel like answering that many questions?

I've never taken such a test, but I took a quick look in the Wikipedia entry and I predict that I'd be an INTJ. Maybe after work I'll take it and post the results here.

*ETA: I was just informed that the answer to my question above is "Type: LAZY"

INTJ and have been all my life. I like me this way.

Wow just noticed in all the responses above me there is only one other INTJ. Awesome lol

    INTJs are pretty rare...

    1-3% of females
    2-6% of males

    I'm an INTJ as well

Well, it's not like this is a scientifically-accurate sampling. Besides, is it really surprising that INTJs are responding in relatively high numbers to a web-based discussion that requires no face-to-face interaction?

    INFJ!

Only one percent of the population has an INFJ Personality Type, making it the most rare of all the types.

adding to the INTJ count....in the name of throwing off statistics.

INTP, although over the years I've shifted closer to an INTJ. Description is spot-on, always has been. Although I've learned to behave more like an extrovert when helpful at work.

Yes, but INTJs can find social niceties so trying. With an Internet thread we can get straight to to point w/o coming off as abrupt!
