    Find my motivation back: I've been struggling with weight loss for years. Overall, I just need to lose these 20 lbs which I gained after graduating from college. Last year I became a mom but the pregnancy didn't put any extra weight on me. I came back to before weight within 3 months after delivery. But the weight I gained during graduate school stayed with..say for ever. I want to give it one more try. Hopefully last try....:love:

    I'm trying 21-day water fasting with some coffee and tea, maybe honey too

    Hi Bev, I know you are going to lose 5# this month just like me!!! My major exercise goal would be to do 10,000 steps a day. The effect would be that I would really feel proud of myself for doing what I said I would do to try to lose weight.

    Just for fun: What major exercise goal do you have for 2014 and how will it impact your weight? My goal is to simply stick to excercising continually. In combination with healthy eating it should finally help me loose the last 10-12 kilos.

    Just for fun: What major exercise goal do you have for 2014 and how will it impact your weight? My main exercise goal is to be able to run a 5k in May. We are in the dead of winter so I won't start running until March. I think that it will help my weight. It will be one more way for me to burn calories and stay on track.

    Just for fun: What major exercise goal do you have for 2014 and how will it impact your weight? I want to shoot for at least 5000 steps per day (hopefully more.) I will get up every class period for at least 10 minutes and walk. I will take a longer route to & from the cafeteria and other places on campus. I will not just chill out on the couch at night either.

  • 100% need this type of accountability, and 100% need your support and encouragement. I used to have a gym/diet buddy, and we kept each other accountable. I've been trying to do it on my own for about the past year and a half it's 10 times harder. I am really hoping I can get myself back on track, because I'm so ashamed about the weight I've gained back (I was down to about 168.) Help me out!

    I'd like to join in too. Starting out (again)... but this time it is for the last time. Need to change my lifestyle - not just diet again.
