Thank you, lots of willpower!! I quit eating fast food twice a day, gave up alcohol (I was depressed & drinking alot) and started exercising 5-6 times a week.

Hi :) I've been using MFP off and on for over 2 years. It has really worked for me except for when I have very weak willpower which happens every once in a while.
I'm just about 5'4, my start weight was 180 and I now fluctuate between 115-120.
It wasn't easy but I've reached my goal, now it's all about maintaining. I hate to say the "lifestyle" word but it really is a never ending battle. (Well for me its a battle anyway) but to continually feel satisfied with what I see is a great feeling.
I wish the best to everyone, so hard but so worth it! :)

-Eat clean, less meat, and more vegetables
    -RUN
    -Lift weights

... and that's all. Calorie counting sucks. Run.
    You can do it, guys.

    Wow!! Your loss is amazing!!!
