I had a *LARGE* glass of wine, logged it as standard serving. ya right. My "glasses" of wine would never be a standard pour.

totally binged after I saw how I was under my cals.. it's almost like a trigger if I don't log my food early in the mornin and see all my meals for the day.
I had to start eating a bigger breakfast, because I was having too many calories left at night and I was eating a bunch of junk right before bed because I didn't want to 'waste' them! haha0 -

If the salsa was hot, and not mild, the burn of it quadruples your metabolism therefore working off all tortillas and half the carne asada.... at least this is what I tell myself to let my love affair with Mexican food continue adulterously...
I confess I'm addicted to Mexican food... and I probably underestimate the calories in it...

Last night, I hit the "Complete this Entry" button, then 2 hours later ate Peanut Butter Crackers and some other munchies. Didn't log them, as I didn't want to see what would happen when I hit "Complete this Entry" again!0

I confess to being a diet b*tch and a food snob and an occasional binge eater. I go from absolutely glued onto the wagon to eating the neighbors arm fat.
I waiver between the two about every two weeks. Im so all or nothing and those days I totally fail to log my calories. This was so funny I spit my water out and onto my pc...thanks for my chuckle of the day.0 -
Last night I had a vodka tonic and a scoop of blueberry pomegranate sorbet and didn't log it. And it was LATE. I'm focusing on water and fruits/veggies today to make up for it.0

I confess, I have been dipping into the kids Halloween candy way too much lately! I only eat a piece or 2 every time, but it is at least once or twice a day. Oh well!0

I may or may not have eaten a Mr Kipling Mince Pie which may or may not be getting logged.
My excuse?
If, as my Dr wishes, I am diabetic...he will probably BAN me forever from eating any kind of yummy treat.

I just ate about 16 Crisco Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies.
Evidently somebody already added that recipe to the MFP database... I just ate 1600 calories worth of peanut butter cookies... and I'd do it again if I had 16 more!!!!0 -

I never log coffee or beer....I always eat twice as much cereal as I log. Serving is one cup and I eat at least 2 cups, I LOVE cereal. Also I have been known to eat peanut butter by the spoonfuls and not log them. I enjoy a PBJ sandwich with homemade jam and I don't log the jam because I made it and I know it's full of sugar, and I don't care:drinker:

I'm far too lazy to cook all the time, so my confession is that I still eat fast food whenever I want, and guess what? Magic of all magic it fits into my calorie count just fine, it's high on sodium but it balances with the excessive water Im always drinking.
I know fast food is bad for you, but I've never quit during this process and have still lost 33 lbs (and counting because I've moved to a weigh once a month schedule--I was getting obsessive).
So that's my sin.0 -
It's Sunday. I'm hungry! I've been good this week with my calories, (okay admittedly the word "good" is kinda relative) and I've been working out like a mad man. Tonight there WILL be enchiladas. There WILL NOT be any logging of any sort in the "dinner" area.0

Yesterday I had 2 margaritas, one full fat beer, and a whole bunch of super fatty mexican food. My diary didn't hear anything about that... but hey it was my work going away party. PSH.0

I didn't log my dinner last night because I didn't want to know... I was too tired to exercise, and didn't want to find out that I had to burn 300 calories just to break even!0

I went to a Harry Potter marathon over the weekend and had candy, Butter Beer, soda, booze, pumpkin pie, rice krispie treats... Pretty much everything you can think of.
All I logged was the veggies I ate while I was there.0
