You look so proud (check out your graduation pic!), as well you should! Congrats!

Yeah, I felt great at that point. I was probably a little over halfway or so there.

Unfortunately, through all of this hard work, you still managed to remain a ginger..........so close to perfection, yet so far away.
I'd like to give you a high-five and buy you a beer just for the effort:drinker: , but I can't on principal alone.

Wow. I feel a bit sick actually. I'm just starting. I have to lose 70lb so I'm not considered obese. I have just done my first week of this. I need to get over the self hatred first. Will use your great post to help. Well done. I hope I can copy your success.

I wouldn't worry about defining it with terminology. 70lbs overweight, if not obese, is very close to being clinically obese for most height/weight spectrums. What is more important is owning up to it and taking charge of your life.

I'm glad you can be inspired be me. Do not merely set out to copy what I've done. Take your life and shape your destiny. Become who you really want. Hopefully after seeing this, the doubt can be cleared for you. Its not a matter of if you can do it (it never was), but a matter of will you do it. Self hatred is one of the most difficult things to conquer. I feel though, if you stick with it, as you grow and see the weight loss, you will also come to terms with yourself. Learning to love yourself will be more valuable in the end than anything else.
