Thank you, lots of willpower!! I quit eating fast food twice a day, gave up alcohol (I was depressed & drinking alot) and started exercising 5-6 times a week.

What did you do to get your arms so toned?

    Congrats!!!,you look amazing!!!! great legs!!
  • Hi :) I've been using MFP off and on for over 2 years. It has really worked for me except for when I have very weak willpower which happens every once in a while.
I'm just about 5'4, my start weight was 180 and I now fluctuate between 115-120.
It wasn't easy but I've reached my goal, now it's all about maintaining. I hate to say the "lifestyle" word but it really is a never ending battle. (Well for me its a battle anyway) but to continually feel satisfied with what I see is a great feeling.
I wish the best to everyone, so hard but so worth it! :)

-Eat clean, less meat, and more vegetables
    -RUN
    -Lift weights

... and that's all. Calorie counting sucks. Run.
    You can do it, guys.

amazing transformation! You should be sooooo proud!

I almost teared up, your smile has gotten so much brighter!!
  • I am 5'4, currently 145lbs and am intent upon sculpting down to a lovely hourglass shape. There is the small problem of the enormous apple-belly and flat butt in the way. Would LOVE to add friends with similar body types or goals, or just others who are warm, enthusiastic and authentic to share this path with!
AMAZING inspiring photos on this thread! So many of you inspire me more than I can say.

  • Yours is one of THE most inspiring transformations I've ever seen. You look gorgeous, happy and I adore your curly hair!

You inspire me.I know that you are a runner, but do you have any advice for one who feels like a train ran over her everytime she jogs even half a mile? I have two torn ACL's and fibromyalgia... love the feeling of running but it KILLS me. I know that running is one of the best full-body cardio exercises but I need an alternative.
    Anyone, Bueller?

    ~Eleanoir :flowerforyou:
  • Heh, I'm new to the forums and I meant to post this under a success story post.
Still.... would love some tips on alternatives to running (with no equipment except light free weights)!

    Great transformations!
  • I know I'm nowhere near done, but for the shorties that are BIG.... maybe this will help.
