    Today's run: 2.64 miles in 33:40 (pace of 12:45) -- longest nonstop distance since my return to running. Very hilly -- up to the water tower. :smile:
    Runs are outside. Most of my exercise is on a mini-bike, not represented here.

    I did 3 miles on elliptical today so that puts me at 50 miles. Tomorrow is bike day. My goal is to reach 100 miles
