    Hell yeah, dude! My Uncle did the same thing...He stopped drinking alcohol and eating fast food and started running. At first he could only run a couple hundred yards at a time, but he kept pushing and now he's a marathon runner! He's kept at it for a few years now. Thanks for sharing your story.

    I hope you do not mind, but I shared this with my b/f who I think needs to see this. He is well into the 300lbs probably getting closer to the 400s and has severe sleep-apena (one of the most severe cases his doc has seen and is pretty life threatening) as well as diabetes, high blood pressure and I am sure there are other issues as well. He needs to see that it IS possible if he wants it!

    Great job losing the weight and putting your health first! You are an inspiration to so many!
