to anyone that doesn't like these.. look at it like this.. this is a healthy cookie.. you cant expect it to be like a oreo.. if you adjust your expectations you will see they are different but good..you can add anything to these l i add coco powder and make them choc.. i have added chia seeds fax, chocolate pieces. walnuts, you name it. a sprinkle of salt ties the flavors together.

its like trying vegan cheese for the first time.. don't expect it to have that goey chessiness . its NOT cheese., but when you adjust your thinking its a good alternative.

. i love these cookies.. actually i have browned bananas perfect for these so will make some with some homemade craisens, cocoa powder, walnuts.. chia.seeds.

I make banana pancakes similar to this... but 1 banana and 2 eggs with protein powder and cinnamon instead of with oats.
Will have to put a stack of raw cacao powder in with the banana and oats to make chocolate banana ones, but this sounds yum!

Oooh I just made these too with cocoa powder, added 10 grams but definitely could add more, maybe 20 grams.
Wish I had seen the whipped egg whites before I made them, but mine taste pretty good (not great) but definitely worth experimenting with and it hit the right spot. Thanks! :)

sorry i cant give exact measurments.. i eyeball things usually... i haven't made these since i started really logging here.

    bliss balls

    dates
nuts any kind i use walnuts and pecans..
    oats
you can use anything in these cocoa powder, chia seeds, sunflower seeds craisens.
process it all in the food processor with a little water

i usually always add cocoa.. i love chocolate.. i roll these into balls and roll them in coconut, nuts whatever you want.. if you can wait they are good chilled, but can be eaten right away.

    they are really versatile.

    cheesey nutty kale chips

cashews- i leave a little chunky i like to taste the nuts.
nutritional yeast.- if not vegan you could use parm.
    salt
    garlic salt
    cayenne- i like spice
    lemon juice

process it in the food processor with a little water.. massage into kale and bake on low setting on oven on parchment paper. or put in a dehydrator if you have one

    2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips or raisins
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1 tsb vanilla extract
