I can't believe I am actually posting these...it took me all last year to lose 20 lbs due to being hypothyroid. Finally on the right medicine and already down 8 lbs since Jan 1 (5 more lbs since the more recent pic of this). Still have a long way to go, but the weight is finally starting to come of like it should! Making progress!

OK, I give up. I cannot figure out how to post pictures from photobucket.

Boy I sure do like seeing these before and after pics. What an inspiration y'all are. Everyone looks happier, healthier and YOUNGER!
  • I started losing at the end of 2012 at about 220lbs than my partner signed me up to MFP in Jan but didn't start really using it till the beginning of Feb 2013, since using mfp have lost 28 lbs but closer to 50 lbs if you count what I didn't log when I actually started paying attention to moving more and eating less.

Don't have a proper before picture sorry, and this was not my heaviest either (On the left)

I started my new lifestyle in May 2012. It has been a long, sometimes painful, slightly obnoxious, yet absolutely fabulous journey so far. It's amazing what hard work and dedication can do. I only wish that I wouldn't have waited until 30 years old to start my journey. Oh well, I have no regrets. Everything in my past (including my heaviest weight) has made me who I am today. Even though I have been plateaued since like August, haha, ok I'm not going to lie, I became comfortable where I was and kind of slacked for a while, I am no where near done and I refuse to give up!

    SW: 247 lbs
CW: 151-156 lbs (I fluctuate like no other)
    GW: 135ish

The left is almost 4 years ago at 200 pounds, this is after I'd lost 30 pounds, the one on the right was just a week ago at 190. So I lost a whopping TEN pounds. This picture is super hard for me to post, because in the beginning of my journey, I lost almost 60 pounds, then gained 30 of it back and now I'm back on the wagon. Taking more progress pics as I go!

    I hope these pics work.

Before at 140kg/309lbs/22stone 12236530193_9f8b6d6c23.jpg (I'm obviously the one on the right!)

today at 118kg/260lbs/18stone 7 lbs 12236761404_0bfd6fbe51.jpg (I'm obviously the one on the left, not the one in the bear outfit escaping over my shoulder)

Exactly halfway through to my goal weight.

70kg, held at maintenance for 5 months at time of photo #2, still holding +/- 1kg or so at the moment, and just about to re-start reducing again (took a year off to allow my skin to "rebound" a little - got tired of my *kitten* looking like a shar-pei puppys )

First half is 30 day shred which I did over 2 months due to knee pain and I mixed it with level 2, only other exercise I did was very slow paced walking...half way through these pics I started 30day squat challenge, cycling and then I started getting into lifting towards the end pics.

Still need to lose more and tone up. =)
