Personally I find it offensive, it suggests a predatory nature. I never chase younger men, they pursue me

You are 35. That's hardly cougar territory.

    that's called a Puma.
This is why I love you, vj <333 hahaha

I don't think a "cougar "is necessarily a woman over a certain age but instead is a woman who only dates and pursues men several years younger than herself. jmo

I think it's negative. Women can be sexy at any age and date whomever they feel like without getting called some dumb, stereotypical label. It's like someone saying,"You look good for your age." Just say, "You look good."

It's a southern thing. She's young and beautiful, but dumber than a bag of hammers. He's rich and successful, and a pervert. Match made in heaven.

Ah ok I got it now, I was reading it out of context.
    Lmao.. Yeah, Southern thing.
-lived in Georgia a bit too long- hahahaha

After I actually read it correctly yeah I've heard it here in KY too. I'm just going to pretend it's because I'm tired from the gym and not that I cant comprehend right now.
    -pat pat-
It's okay, I'm tired myself. Someone else had to explain it for me lmao.

    thats true.

The cat analogy is primarily due to the hunter nature of cats. And the cougar is still hunting even though it no longer the king of the jungle aka a lioness or cat. Its just out there getting what it can, loose skin.
