After my divorce, stress brought me down to 128lbs. That was a size 8 for me. Having four children I'm a bit bigger in the hips than in the waist. I would love to be that weight again but in reality my goal is 140lbs.0

I'm 5'6" and my goal is 160. I have a medium frame, so that would put me at about a size 9. If I still have some extra cushiony area to lose after that, then I will lower it, but 160 sounds good to me. I am also gaining muscle. 120-130 would be good if you have no muscles at all, but if you want to be strong, you should calculate about 20 pounds of muscle into it.
Not true that at 120-130 you have no muscle. I'm 133 and have plenty thanks!0 -
Goal is 137. I can maintain this without overdoing it. Lowest I ever weighed was 125- and family and friends Expressed concern about how skinny I was. Like ribs sticking out on my back- too skinny. I have struggled on both ends of the spectrum. Being obese at close to 200 pounds; and verging on an eating disorder, eating less then 800 cal per day and weighing in at 125. It's hard to find a balance, good luck finding what works best for you!

I am 5'5 and currently at 233 my goal is 147 which is just into the healthy range for me. Once I get there I will think less about losing and more about eating well and exercising and using strength training and yoga to reshape my body (if possible) so perhaps I will lose a little more but it needs to be realistic for me. I did when I was about 20 get down to 126 lbs which I was thrilled about but I was starving myself to get there i.e. only having one slice of toast with peanut butter and a low cal cup-a-soup per day, there was no way I could maintain that. My best friend is about the same height as me and weights about 147 and she looks great.0

32 y.o. 5'6" and my goal is 135-145 lbs. I was 147 and a size 10 when I graduated from high school 15 years ago and I was 138 and a size 6 when I was in the Navy 12 years ago. Now I am 193 (flirting with 200 is a very bad thing!) and a size 14.0

Hello, I am nearly 48 . It is harder for me to keep that small frame. I was there once it was great for like 10 minutes. ok a little longer than that. Anyway yadda yadda My goal is 160 ...ish . I have been at that weight and it's a feel good weight and I even Kinda look good at it too I like that curvy look .0

I'm 5''5 Recently hit 120ish + decided to maintain , would be happy to stay in a range of 115-120 but I'm aiming on reducing body fat more than the scale at the moment (i'm 23% atm)0

Do you know what your lean body mass is? I am 5' 5" - My LBM is 135 lbs and my goal weight is 150. If you don't know your LBM find out so you can get an accurate goal weight :-)0

Currently 168, would like to drop to 145-150 is. Bodyfat percentage is more important to me though, since I don't want to lose the muscle I bust my butt in the gym to build.0
