    how did you reach this...weight loss.
    what did you do?
    iam now 180lbs and i want to get to 150 lbs.

    Before: 269 pounds, size 26 jeans, 3x shirt.
    Current: 165 pounds, size 8 jeans, M shirt.
    20 pounds till goal. Woot!

    (I'm 5'5".)



    I was so close to that as a starting and my ugw is about the same as yours, i can only hope i look that great!!

    cheesy typical question I know but how did you do it? was there a specific diet? I see weight training but on average what was your workout schedule like and how long did this journey take you?

    Starting weight - 16 stone (224lb)

    Current weight - just over 10 stone (141lb)

    Height - 5' 5"

    Well no pics at this time.. just starting my journey. I really wish this site had a LIKE button..lol. Everyone looks amazing though and the transformations are truly inspiring. Thank you for sharing

    I'm so impressed by these before and after pictures! very inspirational to me as a newbie to MFP - i really think i'm gonna stick to my diet and exercise this time - I am determined! I want a flat tummy and amazing legs like that, WOW!!!

    Which diet did you have the most success with? Do you think your success was more down to the diet or workouts? or both?

    This image is actually from about 3lbs ago, I should probably take a new one.

    That was at 1200 cals for the first few months, then 1300. Exercise for the first few months, then I stopped and haven't really done any exercise since, I just stick with 1300 calories a day. No special diet, just whatever I want as long as it's within my calories.
