    Hoping this will give me the motivation I need to keep losing.. Went to WW for a month and found using the points on the mobile site frustrating. Hopefully having some accountability even if its with cyber weight losers might help

    Cold weather makes me want to sleep, although this year I have felt colder than the past. I am able to stay active during the day indoors

    Lost 8.6 pounds in January - I know I won't keep losing at that rate but 5 pounds seems reasonable in a month!!

    The weather has REALLY kept me from getting out. The gym is only a mile down the road, but it's a hilly road that can be tricky to navigate. However, it's in the 40s today! Lovely day if not for the clouds and rain!

    I love spring and summer...some fall but winter drags me down. I love walking outside after work and on weekends, but the sun is already setting by the time I get home in winter time, and I don't walk by myself when it's dark outside. Give me sunshine and warm weather.

    For Fun: What has been the most interesting part of the weather for you and how does it affect your ability to exercise?
    - We finally received an annoying snow storm, and it makes it hard to walk 2-4 miles when I want to, but we have an elliptical in the basement, so it's not that big of a problem.
