I will be visiting friends and relatives for two weeks in February in Ireland and during that time, it is a lot of eating and drinking with no exercise. I am trying to come up with a game plan to keep the eating and drinking in check while still having fun and minimize the gain while I am gone. Suggestions are appreciated!!0 -

Hi everyone, I'm new to this, so i hope I'm posting in the right place
I've had my fitness pal for 2 months and lost 2lbs.
I'm 24, 5"1" and 147 lbs I'm trying to lose 15lbs.
I eat between 1200 and 1400 per day and burn around 150 calories a day with exercise but nothing is happening! I know I probably need to up the exercise but I would love some advice on what I'm doing wrong as I'm a complete novice thanks!0 -
