The closer I get to goal the harder it is to lose 5+ pounds and I may very well be into the 2-3 pound a month range now (final goal is 150-155 @ 5'10") but I'll give 5 a shot anyway. With my new Fitbit I've got a little extra motivation so that will help but I'm getting so close now that as long as I'm losing I think I'm okay with it going a little slower.0 -

"The weather in my home town can not decide if it wants to be sunny, be cold, be freezing, rain, snow or whatever. Either way, once I get my head completly back in the game.. It won't matter. If I want to go outside.. I will :ohwell:

North Texas weather is so unpredictable. It was 70 degrees Friday and 30 degrees today. We are also under a winter storm warning. I enjoy going to the gym, but I hate walking to my car when it's cold and raining, after a workout.0 -

I haven't committed to a weightloss goal by a specific time in a long time because of being at the end as well as having a lot of food sensitivities but I want to give it a shot this month. I got frustrated and overwhelmed in January but I want to be focused this month. I want to give all I have to give to losing 4.4 pounds this month. I know I can be better focused if I have support.

For Fun: What has been the most interesting part of the weather for you and how does it affect your ability to exercise? Been too cold to walk outside so I've pulled the desks out from the walls at school and I walk around them. I walk really fast to lunch too. HA0 -

In Utah, with the winter weather we get an awful inversion. The pollution makes it so hard to run in… We often have the worst air quality in the nation.. Yuck!0 -

For Fun: the cold and dark winter made it easy for me to make excuses and stop taking a walk every day. I'm trying to get back in the habit of walking 10,000 steps or 45 min every day.

I am in Ireland so your weather at the moment is much like ours most of the time!! SO it hasn't really affected me at all! I am hoping that summer hurrys up though - think its more motivating!0 -

I live in Britain so we always have "interesting" weather. I work out first thing in the morning so for me the most interesting weather-related thing at the moment is watching the dawn through the window while I sweat and puff, and noticing the effect that has on my mood.0 -
