    The are many words used to describe the impossible, e.g., tone, spot reduce, etc...

    Example: I have flabby arms and I want to tone them up by getting rid of the fat and replacing with muscle. What exercises do you recommend?

    TL:DR = this occurs when a post is too long and the reader has better things to do than to read an entire dissertation. On many instances, a simple GIF would have told the entire story.
