    Hoping this will give me the motivation I need to keep losing.. Went to WW for a month and found using the points on the mobile site frustrating. Hopefully having some accountability even if its with cyber weight losers might help

    I've clocked 295 minutes of exercise this week, but seeing the number on the scale is rather disheartening. I feel good about the hard work I've done, and am trying not to be discouraged by the scale's moving in the wrong direction. I seriously need to buy a new one, anyway, so I should perhaps take the number with a grain of salt.

    For Fun: What has been the most interesting part of the weather for you and how does it affect your ability to exercise? To answer this question, I live in Georgia and this last snow episode absolutely threw my weight loss under the bus! sick I just stayed inside and ate a lot with my husband, thus gaining weight rather than dropping it. It was beautiful, but now it's time to get back on track.

    I've been looking through alittle bit! and everybody is doing so great! Keep it up! :-). Even if you gained it is probably water weight if you know you didnt eat 3,500 over your maintaince calories! Keep your head up! Next week you may see a big lost
