I've clocked 295 minutes of exercise this week, but seeing the number on the scale is rather disheartening. I feel good about the hard work I've done, and am trying not to be discouraged by the scale's moving in the wrong direction. I seriously need to buy a new one, anyway, so I should perhaps take the number with a grain of salt.

For Fun: What has been the most interesting part of the weather for you and how does it affect your ability to exercise? To answer this question, I live in Georgia and this last snow episode absolutely threw my weight loss under the bus! sick I just stayed inside and ate a lot with my husband, thus gaining weight rather than dropping it. It was beautiful, but now it's time to get back on track.
