Who wants to join? It is going to start tomorrow! Yay
I am planning on eating clean and healthy keep my self under 1500 calories a day **1200 calories is ideally!
Drink a lot of water and trying not to use that much soda!
Eating fruits as snacks during the day!
Weight my self twice weekly!
log in everyday and report my success or struggles!
Support who want to start with me!

My 1 GW 260 lbs in 3 months

I'm on 1200 cals a day and it's not too bad, though I often get extra cals to eat by exercising, which is a nice bonus.0

Having a hard time losing now that I'm lower than where I started, not willing to starve and very short on time, but I am joining a women can run group March 3 - after the ice is gone and it's safer to run/ walk again. Graduation is mid-May and 5K is end of May!
Goals - keep logging daily - keep calorie goal at 1400, but improve what I'm eating - increase protein, decrease crap.
Try for 20-30 minutes of exercise per day most days - sometimes it will not happen, but I will try.
Increase fluids back to 10 glasses per day of water/ unsweetened herbal tea. Hard to do on clnic days, because I can't go potty, but I will try I hear a try theme here...0 -

Calories: 1200-1300 a day, ofcourse more or less depending on the calories burned! Really want to do this! Aiming for 30 mins elliptical, along with weight training to burn fat! Please let this happen
