Thanks to many of you here on the challenge for motivation, inspiration and “friending me” .. it’s so much easier to walk this path to health and fitness with people facing the same challenges :-) .. and have some fun with good folks with a great sense of humor ;-}
I’m following a combination of the Mayo Clinic DASH plan (dietary approaches to stop hypertension) in combination with Dr Sandra Cabbots plan for healing a fatty liver and incorporating I.F. (Intermittent Fasting) or 5:2 on Sundays and Thursdays (200 cal) .. along with walking 3-5 miles/day + yoga + pilates stretching + inversion table.

It's supposed to snow here in Georgia starting tonight through Thursday. The boot camp I go to is only five minutes from me but due to our inability to travel anywhere in snow here, I'm concerned I won't be able to go! The plan in that case is to run on my treadmill at home and use my kettlebell.0 -
So for the month of February I am hoping to lose more than 5lbs. I have to buy a wedding dress in March (wedding in October) and I want to be as small as I can before ordering a size

Done so well all week and ruined it all at the weekend! So cross with myself! But back on track today and hopefully I can recover it a little bit! Been to bootcamp this morning already and going for a run this evening - I'm hoping that I have some water retention as we had chinese food at the weekend, so maybe that is bulking up my weight a little!! Fingers crossed!!0 -
